1. PEACE CUP is an open tournament and welcomes all international football teams (U12, U13, U14 and U15). The clubs are drawn into two groups of five. Each club plays once against every club of its group. Three points are awarded for a win, one point for a draw, and none for a defeat. The two group-winners and two runners-up of the group stage quality for the semi-finals.
2. If two or more teams are equal on points on completion of the group matches, the following criteria are applied to determine the rankings (in descending order).
(1) Superior goal difference from all group matches played.
(2) Higher number of goals scored form all group matches played.
(3) Direct comparison of the matches played among the teams in question.
If, after having applied criteria (1) to (3), teams still have an equal ranking, a drawing of lots decides the winners.
3. All matches last two equal periods of 30 minutes (U13/U14/U15) or 20 minutes (U12).
4. For all players, each club must bring a player’s a passport or a license. Each club is responsible for submitting a list of players to the organizer. These lists must include surname, name, date of birth, number of the player’s passport and shirt number of all the players to be fielded in the tournament. The shirt number cannot be changed during the tournament. These lists will be provided to all the participating teams.
5. U12 Players are eligible to play in the competition if they were born on or after 1st January, 2007.
    U13 Players are eligible to play in the competition if they were born on or after 1st January, 2006.
    U14 Players are eligible to play in the competition if they were born on or after 1st January, 2005.
    U15 Players are eligible to play in the competition if they were born on or after 1st January, 2004.
6. Dispensations
In the 8-a-side categories, dispensations will automatically be given one player per squad who are maximum one year over aged. Note that you cannot use more over aged players by switching them between matches.

7. The substitution of 7 per team is permitted in the course of the match. Once substituted, a player cannot return in the same match.
8. A player who is sent off with a second yellow card (a red card) in a game is suspended for the next match. Single yellow cards that have not resulted in a suspension expire after match and are not carried forward.
9. The committee of PEACE CUP is the only authority to settle all issues between two clubs. If a team refuses to play or does not start at the prescribed time, the match will be forfeited to the opposing team with 3:0 goals. Beforehand, the clubs agree on the colors to be worn in the matches. By matching colors has the away team (named second in the fixture) first choice.
10. These regulations govern the rights, duties and responsibilities of all the teams participating in PEACE CUP. All teams must agree on these regulations by signature and an official stamp of the football club.
11. All situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by the Committee of PEACE CUP.
